Cancellations and reschedules made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not charged a fee.

Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $75 rescheduling/cancellation fee. On-site cancellations are subject to 50% of the original appointment total. Services removed after the scheduled appointment has begun are subject to 50% of that service’s scheduled price.

Properties are expected to be cleaned, staged, accessible, and in photo-ready condition before the scheduled session. We are a real estate media service, not a home-staging or cleaning service. Minor adjustments may be made when practical, but significant cleaning, decluttering, furniture moving, or staging is not included.

If a property is not ready when we arrive, it may be photographed as-is or rescheduled. Any reschedule remains subject to the scheduling policy above.

Because New England weather can change quickly, interior sessions will generally proceed as scheduled. If rain, snow, or other conditions prevent quality exterior media, we may return to capture the affected exterior assets when conditions improve.

Drone operations require safe flying conditions and are subject to weather, wind, visibility, airspace, and site restrictions. Drone footage will not be captured when conditions are unsafe or unlawful. If the rest of the appointment can proceed safely, those services will continue as scheduled.

Occupied properties: an agent, property owner, or authorized representative should provide access unless another arrangement has been confirmed in advance.

Vacant properties: unaccompanied access may be possible when secure access instructions or a compatible lockbox are provided in advance.

All properties: cleaners, contractors, stagers, landscapers, movers, and other vendors should complete their work before the media appointment whenever possible. Active work inside the property can delay or limit what can be photographed.

Our standard target is next-day delivery for listing photography and 3D tours. Standard social reels are generally delivered within 24-48 hours. Cinematic property tours and agent-led productions are generally delivered within 2 business days.

Twilight, large-property, multi-location, custom-edit, or unusually complex projects may require additional production time. Holidays may add one business day. If a project requires a different timeline, we will communicate that before or immediately after the appointment rather than leave you guessing.

Each video project includes one consolidated round of reasonable revisions at no additional charge. Please submit requested changes together in one clear message whenever possible.

Additional revision rounds are billed at $75 per round. Major changes outside the agreed scope – including a new concept, new script, substantial shot replacement, re-shooting, or rebranding after approval – may require a separate quote.

Corrections required because of our own editing mistake or oversight, such as a typo, missing agreed footage, or incorrect branding element, are corrected at no charge and do not count as the included revision round.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Prime Real Estate Photography retains copyright to the media we create. The purchasing client receives a license to use delivered media to market the photographed property and to promote their own real estate business.

Media may not be resold, transferred, relicensed, or provided to unrelated third parties for separate commercial use without written permission. We may use completed media in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless different terms are agreed to before the appointment. Accepted payment methods will be shown on the invoice or booking confirmation.

Past-due balances may be subject to a $15 late fee for each 30-day period they remain unpaid. Future bookings or media delivery may be held when an account has an outstanding past-due balance.
